Some Photogenic Wildlife: Because this is a small ranch, many animals may be nearby rather than right here. Deer, pronghorn, coyote, fox, black-headed grosbeak, western tanager and lazuli buntings all frequent this area during spring and summer.
Surprise: There is a bison ranch nearby.
Lodging: There is an artistically outfitted western Bed 'n' Breakfast on-site, in addition to a primitive building and options for tenting. Prices are very reasonable. There are also motels and restaurants locally.
